The rest of the ladies in the front reception were awesome but Sanna, was very rude and the information given to my husband and I was given to me in a very bad tone almost screaming to us. I truely hope this lady gets fired cuz her customer service skills suck. What kind of service is waste management running. I want to get treated with respect when going to a business.
